Description
This is a prepaid label to SEND your robot to our service center. There will be an additional shipping fee to return your robot to your home or office. After ordering your will receive an email instructions on how to print your label and ship your robot to us.
Please choose a box smaller than or equal to 42 total inches (Length 1 side + Width 1 side + Height ≤ 42 inches) as that is the maximum box size we allow. You will be billed an additional shipping charge if your box size exceeds 42 total inches. The only exception to the size limit is that you can use the original box that came with your Roomba but the box will not be returned!
Terms
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs each way in all cases.
- Repair estimates take approximately 10-15 business days depending on backlog at the time of receipt.
- Free diagnostics are available for private non-commercial purposes only. Diagnostic services for commercial use (e.g third party repair centers and shops) are available for a fee which can be applied towards the costs of repairs performed by us. Please contact us for more information.
- Repairs are for out-of-warranty Roomba only.
