Description
This is a prepaid label to SEND your Neato to our service center. This is for 1 robot only. There will also be an additional shipping fee to return your robot to your home or office. After ordering your will receive which instructions on how to print your label and send your Neato to us within 15 minutes of placing the order.
Please choose a box smaller than or equal to 43 total inches (Length 1 side + Width 1 side + Height ≤ 43 inches) as that is the maximum box size we allow. You will be billed an additional shipping charge if your box size exceeds 43 total inches. The only exception to the size limit is that you can use the original box that came with your Neato but the box will not be returned!
