Do you have a broken Ecovacs robot that is out of warranty? Send your robot to our Ecovacs Authorized Repair Center and we will quickly repair your robot at a reasonable price.
How does it work?
Step 1:
Choose your model of robot below and then order the FREE diagnostics service. Ship your Ecovacs to our service center. We can email you a UPS prepaid shipping label or a box and shipping label for most models to make things as easy as possible!
Step 2:
Our technicians perform a series of tests to pin-point the problem and then will provide you a detailed repair quote.
Step 3:
You authorize the repair/shipping charges: We will repair your Ecovacs robot and ship it back.
or
You decline the repair: We will ship back your Ecovacs robot for a shipping charge. We are also happy to recycle your robot at no additional charge.
